Nap Spot Privacy Policy

Happy Fire Panda · Effective September 25, 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Nap Spot ("the game"), made by Happy Fire Panda ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location, and we do not run our own servers. Your game progress, settings, and purchase status are saved only on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Nap Spot shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google:

Google uses this data to deliver ads, measure them, prevent fraud, and, where you have allowed it, personalize ads. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

All ads in the game are limited to general-audience (G) content.

Your choices and consent

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google Play tells the game only whether you own the "Remove Ads" upgrade. Payment information is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.

Data security and deletion

Data sent to Google by the Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Because we store nothing on our own servers, there is no account for us to delete. Uninstalling the game removes all game data from your device. To request deletion of advertising data held by Google, use Google's data and privacy controls.

Children

Nap Spot is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
